We provide real estate media services including photography, video, Matterport 3D, virtual staging, and related offerings. Specific service details, pricing, and delivery timelines are outlined at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
All shoots must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or directly via email or phone. Payment is due prior to or at the time of the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of shoot time) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery for most photography and video services is within 24–48 hours. Rush delivery may be available upon request at an additional fee.
4. Client Responsibilities '
The property must be photo-ready at the time of the shoot. We are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or removing items unless previously arranged.
5. Copyright & Usage
Pacific Frame Media retains full copyright of all media content. Clients receive a license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. Content may not be resold, altered, or reused for other listings without written permission.
6. Rescheduling & Weather
We allow rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. In case of poor weather conditions, we may suggest a new shoot date or offer virtual alternatives.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from delays, errors, or misuse of media. All services are provided “as-is” and without warranties beyond what is expressly stated.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
